환불 정책

If for any reason you have received an incorrect item, or you have not received your order as specified on confirmation email please flick us an email help@woodyfoody.co.nz  You must notify WOODY FOODY phone or email within 24 hours of the delivery being made We may not be able to refund any consumed or disposed of items. It may take up to 2 days to process a credit to your nominated bank account. Unfortunately we cannot issue a credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.

If we ask you to return the products for further investigation please use the below address to ship returned goods.


Please pack the items securely in the chilltainer the product was delivered in if possible. Enclose the original packing slip with the item, all products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging and preferably your invoice so we can refund a full credit on the items
