  1. Add 500ml of broth, Soybean paste (doenjang) into the pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add in the mixed vegetables and Beef belly slices and cook until the vegetables are soft.
  3. You may add diced tofu for more authentic doenjang jjigae.
