Champon soup (marbled, beef bone broth, onion, green onion, pumpkin, cabbage, carrot, green onion), Chinese fresh noodles



1.Put 1L of water into a pot and boil it with neutralized raw noodles when it boils.

2. Warm the champon soup while the noodles are being boiled.

3. When the water to boil the noodles boils, add the noodles and boil the noodles for 30-40 seconds. Turn off the heat and place the noodles through a sieve and rinse in cold water.

4. Rinse the cold-rinsed noodles again with hot water to warm them up, and pour the heated broth over the noodles.
