Gamjatang is a Korean braised Pork Back Bone Stew with dried winter greens, full of minerals and fibre. Comes with slow-braised pork bones, bone broth, leafy greens and chunky potato to heat with a spicy chilli paste with ground perilla seeds for that authentic flavour.
