 Korean Spicy Seafood Noodle Soup (Jang-Kalguksu)

It’s perfect for a cold wintery day but also a popular summer dish for many in Korea. The noodles are cut with a knife, giving the dish its name, kalguksu, which literally means knife noodles. Korean Spicy Seafood kalguksu is made on the basis of Kalguksu with specially formulated chili paste, anchovy and seaweed-based broth, mixed seafood, and assorted vegetables. It delivers an elegant mouthful thick sweet-spicy taste.

A pack of Sundubu, Sliced beef, Assorted vegetables, Magic Sundubu sauce, Noddle

 

 

1. Add 400 ml of water into the cooking pot and slowly dissolve 2 spoonfuls of seasoning sauce into the water.

2. Add the provided pre-prepared vegetables, mushrooms, meat and let it simmer for 5 minutes on high heat.

3. Reduce the heat to medium and add soft tofu, spring onions, chilies and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

4. You may add in extra water or the leftover seasoning sauce in your own will.
