Korean spicy soft tofu stew with seafood

Seafood Sundubu-jjigae or soft tofu stew is a jjigae in Korean cuisine. The dish is made with freshly curdled soft tofu, vegetables, sometimes mushrooms, onion, optional seafood or meat with specially seasoned sauce. It can be eaten with steamed rice or can be served as a side dish for drinking.

1. Add 600ml of water into the pot and a half of the sauce into the water.

2. Then place the vegetables and seafood mix nicely in the pot and let it boil for approximately 5 ~7 minutes in high heat.

3. Add slice the soft tofu into chunks gently

4. Adjust your flavour by adding water or sauce
