  1. Refrigerate immediately.
  2. Do not refreeze after thawing as this is a frozen product.
  3. It is not a cooked product. Be sure to eat it after cooking.

We used pork loin to preserve the texture of thick pork. You can enjoy a more crunchy taste by using fragrant breadcrumbs. It is the best side dish everyone likes.

  1. Pour enough oil into the pan and heat it to 170-180 degrees. (The temperature of the oil is important. If you don't have a thermometer, you can hear a sizzling sound when you put breadcrumbs in the oil and it's the right temperature.)
  2. Put the frozen pork cutlet into the heated cooking oil and turn it upside down for 1-2 minutes, then reduce the heat to low and cook for 6-7 minutes.(Cooking time can be adjusted while watching the tonkatsu being cooked)
