Jjamppong Ingredients: Jjamppong broth (Cucumber eel, shrimp, mussels, onion, green onion, cabbage, carrot, chicken broth), Chinese fresh noodles



1.Put 1L of water into a pot and boil it with neutralized raw noodles when it boils.

2. While the noodles are boiling, warm the champon soup.

3. When the water to boil the noodles comes to a boil, add the noodles. When the water boils again, add a cup of cold water.

4. When the water comes to a boil again, turn off the heat and place the noodles on a sieve and rinse in cold water.

5. Rinse the cold noodles with hot water once again to warm them up, then pour the warmed broth
